Doug Mellette is chairman and managing member of Vemark, LLC. Since founding Vemark in 1998, he has pioneered Vemark's position as the leader in Vehicle Loss Recovery Management solutions. Currently, over forty auctions use Snaps, Vemark's auction management software and BidCentral, a fully integrated virtual bidding platform. Additionally, hundreds of auctions receive assignments via Vemark's NetworkNow product. With Doug's leadership and ingenuity, Vemark holds nationwide contracts with most major fleet rental carriers through its online salvage auction, SalvageNow. The need for consignors to manage assets across multiple auctions has led to Vemark's latest software solution, Asset Management Console (AMC)

Doug represents the 3rd generation of Mellettes devoting their professional endeavors to the automobile recycling and remarketing industry . The Mellettes have been involved in the auto business for nearly six decades, covering a breadth of industry segments including Auto Parts, Salvage Pools, Transportation, Wholesale Salvage, and Procurement. An avid outdoorsman, Doug enjoys sport fishing and diving and spends several weeks a year in the Bahamas with wife, Cathy, and two children, Lily (3) and Beau (1).

Mr. Grevemeyer possesses a BS in Electrical Engineering, is MCSE certified, and has broad experience in all aspects of the computer industry. Mr. Grevemeyer's 20+ years of experience cover businesses ranging from Internet startups, to large computer retailers, and to government software development projects. Specializing in telecommunications, networking, software development, and systems operation, Mr. Grevemeyer brings both the technical and the business skills necessary to thrive in today's Internet-based economy.
